I use a therapeutic approach that is grounded in sincerity, openness, and humanity. These ingredients help create an expansive environment within a confidential space. The relationship between my patient(s) and myself is at the center of my therapeutic work. This relational grounding creates a strong container in which to explore thoughts, wishes, fears, dreams, and desires. I combine elements of Psychodynamic and Relational theories and work in a relaxed, calm, and patient way.
